NOTICE ON NATIVE AMERICAN MADE PRODUCTS |
Many of the products on our website have been designed and hand made by Native Americans. However, many of these artists, despite their birth and heritage, cannot legally call their work Native American made. The U.S. Government has created a law and system making it difficult for many true Native American artists to obtain the proper tribal registration and identification due to the lengthy and complicated process. While some of the Native American artists do indeed have the proper registration and census number, some of them do not. Therefore, you will see below our disclaimer which we are required by law to post onto our site.
In the absence of a specific certification to the contrary, the seller does not warrant or represent that any particular item which is sold or offered for sale herein is an authentic Indian art or craft as defined by the laws of the State of Tennessee, the laws of the United States, or the laws of any other jurisdiction. |

Credit Cards & E-Checks are accepted through PayPal for online orders. Certified Bank Checks, Money Orders, Personal Checks (U.S. orders only), and Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, and Discover) are accepted on mail-in orders. Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, and Discover) are excepted on call-in orders. All personal checks are subject to approval. There will be a delay pending notification that the checks are good. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery of your shipment. Some items that are placed on backorder may additional delays for shipment. Customers will be notified of any delays. All orders to be shipped outside the United States will require additional funds for shipping and handling. International orders are paid for through PayPal only. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks on continental U.S. orders. Please allow 8 to 10 weeks for delivery on all international orders. The customer is responsible for any and all custom fees, duties, or taxes. | All returns must be accompanied with copy of the original invoice. All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original package, in a completely unaltered state. If ordering different items in exchange for the items you are returning, Chickadee's Etc. is not responsible for the return postage. Chickadee’s Etc. is not responsible for postage on returned items being exchanged for other items. In the event that you return a large quantity of items for which you have received, we reserve the right to recalculate your order total based on the actual items you kept. |

MINIMUM ORDER (U.S. only) |
| We require a minimum of $25 per order for U.S. orders. This does not include taxes and or shipping and handling charges. Additional charges may be added if your order is less than $25. |
WHAT CAN BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES? |
| Not all items on our website are available for shipment outside of the United States. Any product that requires Fish and Wildlife inspection to leave the country or enter another country is not available at this time. They include but are not limited to: Deer hides, deer tails, deer toes, deer antler, and any other deer parts, Elk hides, porcupine quills and hair, turtle shells, coyote and porcupine claws, and any other real wild animal parts. No kits with these items in them are available as well. It is also illegal to ship out of the country: shell hishi, conch, abalone, cowrie, dentalium, clam, ermine, lynx, otter, and coral. |

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS |
| Shipping and handling costs vary from country to country. We ship where delivery is confirmed, and insurance is provided. We do not service Indonesia, Africa, Korea, Nigeria, nor China. Other countries may apply to our banned list. If you possess a charge card that does not have an address that we are shipping to, we will not process the order. We must confirm buyer with card or we do not ship. Please allow 8 to 10 weeks for all international order shipments, regardless of country being shipped to. There must be a minimum merchandise order of $200.00 (USD) on international orders (this cost does not include shipping and handling) before we will process the order. An additional $50 handling fee will be added to orders less than $200.00 (USD). Additional shipping charges will be added for heavier items to be shipped outside the United States. International orders may also have customs fees. You may contact your local government for more information on these custom fees. Chickadee's Etc. is not responsible for these custom fees. Contact us before you make your order to make sure that you know the correct shipping costs. Refer to the Payment Policy section for international order payments.

CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES |
| Your country may have import duties or taxes that are due on your order when you receive it. We have no way of knowing what the cost will be, and you are responsible for these fees. If this is a concern, please check with your local customs / postal official before ordering. We are required by law to include a commercial invoice with all international shipments, and we cannot reduce the dollar value on your invoice or mark your package as ‘gift’.
